The Beautiful Burn of Beeswax

As winter has quickly arrived so has the loss of sunlight. Shorter days means less hours of the day with natural light and more nights starting at 5.00 pm. The loss of sunlight and the disappearance of summer days can mean many things for individuals. Many people tend to experience mood fluctuations this time of year and can often struggle with seasonal depression.  One way that I fight this inevitable reality is burning candles and creating a different kind of natural light. It is truly amazing what a simple candle can do for the mood and one's environment. Candles create warmth and nourishment especially during those cold days of winter. As I have become a more conscious person, I have realized that having a healthy lifestyle goes farther than the food we eat.I realized that while burning candles over the years I was falling victim to synthetic fragranced candles that were actually burning chemicals and soot into my bedroom. To think that for years I was breathing these chemicals into my lungs while I slept, quickly lead me to ditch any type of chemically filled candle. This left me with the purity and simplicity of one of nature's most incredible gifts, beeswax. Unlike other types of synthetic candles, beeswax emits little if no smoke while it burns. This means that the flame produces no soot unlike all other paraffin candles.
Paraffin is what most store bought candles are made from and what most well-known candle companies use. Paraffin is a by-product of petroleum which, when burned becomes a toxic substance. If you have ever noticed that your candles produce a black soot coming off of the flame while it is burning this is doing none other than emitting toxic chemicals into the air. This soot can stain walls ceilings and more importantly damage the respiratory channels and even act as a carcinogen. The synthetic fragrances  that are used as well become toxic when they are burned creating something called toxic fluorocarbons. This is one of the many chemicals that gets released into the air when these candles are lit, acting as little pollutants for our homes and our bodies.
Beeswax on the other hand does just the opposite. Beeswax is produced by honey bees from the natural nectars of flowers. Honey bee pollen, and royal jelly are also made through this amazing process. Beeswax candles are also naturally scented, smelling of the pure and pleasant aroma of natural honey. This is great for anyone that is sensitive to smells or is an asthmatic. When a candle made of a hundred percent beeswax is burned, it produces negative ions. This acts as a natural air purifier. These ions cleanse the air of dust, toxic chemicals and molds that are hanging in the environment. anything that is floating in the air is doing so because it is positively charged. Beeswax cleans these ions creating a cleaning and purer air for us to breath. Beeswax is the only fuel that is known to produce a fully negative ion. Burning beeswax in a home will naturally eliminate odors and almost act as a humidifier.
Beeswax is also non-toxic, non-allergenic, and non-carcinogenic.
Many tests have been done to prove that beeswax not only cleans the air but can drastically improve asthma, allergies, sleep disorders and other types of respiratory problems. It is also said to act as a natural detoxifier when burned, balance hormones, strengthen the immune system and create a general sense of well being. Unlike paraffin candles beeswax has a longer burn time and has barely any wax drip. Because beeswax has a higher melting point of 145% fahrenheit, the candles themselves burn slower. This in turn means the candles last longer, and even though they do cost more than other candles they are an investment in terms of their life span. Beeswax is an incredible addition to any healthy life style and for anyone that wants an added comfort. I have noticed beeswax uplifts my moods and creates a calm and clean space for me to sleep. There is nothing more important for our health than the air we breath, beeswax allows us to breath the clean air we need to stay healthy. Another gift from nature!

Weekly Product Review-Aromafloria Sinus Help Inhalation beads

Fall is a beautiful time of year and my personal favorite season. The arrival of fall means crisp air, falling leaves, pumpkins and nostalgia. As much as I try to savor this special time I also severely struggle with the change of season from hot to cold and what that means for my body and in particular my sinuses. For many people the change of seasons is when the immune system is the most compromised. For people that suffer from allergies this time of year is a struggle mainly because of something called Ragweed. Ragweed is the most common plant that causes allergies in the fall weather and can be highly uncomfortable when breathed in. Most people that are allergic to pollen are allergic to ragweed as well. When an individual breathes in particles of ragweed that are airborne, a protein called histamines get released in the body. This gives us the common symptoms of itchy and watery eyes, sneezing, closed throat, fatigue and even asthma attacks.
Even if you have never noticed allergies before, one year it might hit you along with flu-like symptoms this time of year. In Ayurveda there are three doshas that are said to govern the body and the seasons as well. Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Vata is usually the cold, dry and windy winter days, Pitta is the humid, hot summer and Kapha is the transition between these seasons. Most people will notice that they find themselves getting sick during the spring as well as the fall. This is because the temperature is drastically changing and the body is trying to adapt, this in turn is Kapha time. When Kapha is out of balance, the body can feel lethargic, exhausted, heavy, sick, and just over all low energy. This is when the immune system tends to get compromised and when our body builds up toxins and gets sick.
I am always on the look out during these times to avoid the common cold and fight allergies. This is an incredible find that I stumbled upon in the San Francisco airport during traveling. I was feeling congested and it looked like the perfect company for my 4 hour flight time. Aromafloria Sinus help Inhalation beads has been my savior during this high ragweed month. These are tiny inhalation beads to help combat and clear stuffiness, congestion and respiratory problems. The small jar of beads comes with a small cloth pouch which is to be filled and inhaled to soothe all sinus problems. This product is truly amazing and makes you feel like you have been in a steam shower after inhaling. I keep thse by my bed when I feel a cold coming on or if I just need to open my sinuses and relieve some stress. The Aromafloria company, is eco friendly, sources environmentally sound packaging, never tested on animals,  all products are 100% preservative free and 100% wind powered and organic. This is a great product to throw in your purse for traveling, help with allergy relief and other flu like symptoms and can even be used to help smokers clear their lungs. Another great find and one I recommend everyone use this holiday season!

Beauty in a Cup

As an avid beauty and health nut, I am always looking for new products and techniques to better myself. The inner truly reflects the outer and there is so much knowledge out there to refine both. Ayurveda is a philosophy that I have grown up with and a study that will always be close to my heart. Ayurveda literally means the Science of Life and  is commonly known as an Eastern medicine practice native to India. Many of the techniques and products I use in my own life and have written about originate from Ayurveda. Many of these techniques I have grown up practicing and others I have excitedly added to my life with great results. A recent discovery of mine has been the Ayurvedic tradition of the Copper Cup. This is a simple and ancient ritual in India of drinking purified water out of a copper cup or jug. By drinking water from this metal the water is said to become energized and ionic. This happens when the copper is dissolved in the water, killing any bacteria or virus.
Copper is an essential nutrient for a healthy body and one that many individuals greatly lack in their diets. The water is said to be poured into the cup and left overnight so that it has time to be charged for the full effect, usually 8-10 hours. The water is then said to be drunk in the morning as soon and you are up from sleep. By drinking in the morning the copper has time to benefit the body throughout the day. It can also be refilled and drunk again in the evening before bed. The addition of copper in one's life can prevent and help cure many diseases.  Copper can for starters greatly help in the aging process by promoting healthy skin and hair and purifying the blood. This is done because the copper produces melanin, which is necessary for pigmentation of eyes, hair and skin. This will help the skin become naturally colored and help eyes glow with health. Because copper helps in creating pigmentation, greying of the hair is also slowed and even prevented. The water that is drunk from a copper cup acts as a very strong and effective detoxifier, removing toxins immediately and increasing metabolism. Copper in the body is also an antioxidant and anti-carcinogenic, preventing cell damage and cancer cells from forming.

One of the most effective uses of copper is that is possesses an anti-convulsion property, which can prevent seizures and epilepsy in people. This in turn is fuel for the brain and helps in nerve coating formation. Copper has been often referred to as 'brain food' in that it restores balance in the brain and helps in effective functioning. Copper also aids in arthritis, inflammatory pains, bone strength, heart disease, and helps lower cholesterol. Copper is also a great way to ease digestion and help food assimilation. It greatly calms the fire or acidity that many people experience in the stomach.
Although there are foods out there that contain copper, many people find themselves deficient in this important mineral, especially vegetarians. These deficiencies can cause anemia, osteoporosis, low skin pigmentation, and thyroid problems. Drinking Copper infused water is the easiest, most effective and natural way of ensuring our body gets the right amount of this mineral. The taste of the water after it has been sitting in the copper is an unusual taste but tastes truly alive. Many believe that this water is literally magical and can greatly improve a persons, health, beauty and happiness. Copper tends to get dark stains on it when it is exposed to air after sometime. To prevent this and to clean your copper cup, use a lime to clean its surface, or vinegar and salt. Pregnant women should not add copper to their diet or people that are already taking other copper supplements. The Indian men that drank out of copper jugs each day were said to live long and healthy lives. This is another secret that I will carry with me for life! It is an easy and highly effective way to improve our health and beauty routines, cheers!

Rose Month Product Review-Panier des sens, Rejuvenating Rose Hand Cream and Rose Liquid Soap

In honor again of August, here are some other amazing rose products that I am obsessed with! Panier des sens is a company that creates products made in the south of France. This company uses only the best and purest of ingredients and prides itself on sustainability and reducing environmental impact. All products are free parabens, silicone, aluminum, and animal materials. The packaging as well is all recyclable and made with recyclable materials. The ingredients are made with active plant ingredients that are carefully harvested in Province. All ingredients are 95% organic and natural ingredients and uses pure essential oils. This specific cream is the single best and most effective hand cream I have ever used. Rich in pure essential oils of rose and shea butter, this product creates a thick and transformative hand cream. Unlike other hand creams that can be sticky and leave an unpleasant residue on the hands, this cream is easily absorbed yet is ultra nourishing and moisturizing.
The scent of this hand cream is truly incredibly, smelling of pure and dried roses. It is a smell that convinces that it is in fact made with beautiful and real roses. This  smell of rose is a luxurious but natural perfume that lasts for a long time. For women finding an effective and hydrating hand cream is vital in that the hands can age faster than any other area of the body. Damage of skin on the hands can immediately give away a woman's age. While most women spend their time treating the skin on their face the hands are just as important for not just beauty but health as well.
The hands are always visible and they need to be taken care of. Hands can also burn very quickly when exposed to the sun creating sun spots, and swollen veins. This hand cream moisturizes the skin and repairs damage. This is a great product for those dry days of winter but can also be used in the heat of summer as rose is a cooling agent. If palms get burned from the sun, this cream can feel very cooling and healing. Either placed by your nightstand and used before bed or carried in your purse for all day use, this is a beautiful find!
The other incredible rose infused product from Panier des sens is the liquid Rose Soap. This product as well is made with 95% organic and natural ingredients. The soap is made with 100% vegetable oils and rose essential oils. The lather it creates on the hands is luxurious and leaves hands soft, clean and supple. This triple milled soap acts as an effective antiseptic while simultaneously perfuming the skin. The rose tones the skin while moisturizing it as well. The smell of this soap I promise will have you washing your hands more than you ever had.  The experience of using these products truly makes you feel like you are at a french spa. The Parisians definitely know how to make beautiful and organic products that restore balance to the skin. These products have just recently become available in the U.S and are worth immediately adding to any woman's product collection. Another area where we see the beauty and simplicity of the rose as an ingredient.

Rose Month Product Review-Dr. Hauschka-Rose Day Cream

This month of August is a very special one for me. In honor of losing someone that I loved more than life a year ago, I am dedicating these next few blog entries to the rose and the amazing and beautiful love me and him shared. Pink roses will aways remind me of our first valentines day together and the magic that this life can share with each of us. I will be featuring a couple of my favorite rose products and their incredible beauty and health benefits. The first product that I am ecstatic to write about is one that I have been using for years but have just recently starting permanently buying. Dr. Haushka Rose Day Cream is a product that is of the highest level in my opinion. If I had it my way I would own every single product that Dr. Hauschka makes, as they use the top notch ingredients and are made in small batches to ensure excellence. Dr. Hauschka cosmetics and skin care lines are certified natural by NATRUE,  non profit founders of organic and natural cosmetics. This certificate means that all the ingredients used in their products are of the finest natural and organic ingredients and are free of synthetic dyes, parabens, preservatives and fragrances. This is not an easy certificate for companies to acquire  and is just proof of the quality of the Hauschka products.
For someone with combination skin, meaning I have dry, oily, and sensitive skin all in one, finding skin care products can be that much more challenging. This Rose Day Cream however is the perfect product for my skin and is effective for many other types as well. Each tube of rose cream contains thirty roses creating a thick and luxurious face cream that literally makes the skin glow with health. The cream itself contains avocado oil, extracts of rose petal, rose hip oil, and shea butter to soothe and protect any sort of skin damage. This is a great product to protect the skin from any kind of weather damage both sun and wind related. The cream protects against both dryness and irritation but also soothes redness and inflammation. This cream greatly improves the appearance of broken capillaries and the appearance of veins or over pigmentation of the skin.
The cream also contains Rosa Damascena flower wax. This is the key ingredient in this product, which is the wax collected from the coating on fresh rose petals. This is a very rare and highly sought after ingredient that aids in protecting the skin by creating a light barrier. Dr. Hauschka believes in the skin working as its own healing system and the products we use assisting in this process. this rose cream helps the epidermis layer of the skin to naturally heal and restore itself. This is a great cream for mature skin but is effective for any age as well. This product is very rich and for some can feel slightly oily. I love the feel of oil on my skin and find that the richer the product the more effective it is in making my skin glow.
My sister however prefers the rose day cream light, which is a light version of this incredible product. This one would be more effective for people with very oily skin or teenagers with acne. This cream has been number one of the Hero award six years in a row, which is the highest level of the natural and organic products. This is one of those products that can easily erase a night of drinking, lack of sleep or overall dullness of the complexion. I would recommend any woman trying this product immediately! This is not the cheapest of the organic products out there but it is definitely the best face cream I have used hands down. They can also be ordered in sample sizes to test the products and see if they are the right fit for your skin type. This is a product that I never go without!

For the Love of Rose

"There may be many flowers in a man's life, but there is only one rose."
As someone who is passionate about both health and beauty the rose plays a significant role in my life. I have always had an affinity for roses (pink especially) as I'm sure most women can relate to. Not only is the rose the inspiration for this blog but it is the most common ingredient in every product I own. Roses are commonly associated with romance, love, sensuality, and are often seen as the staple of feminine beauty. However roses aren't just aesthetically appealing to the eye. Roses contain a vast array of healing and beauty-enhancing properties that make it the incredible flower that it is. There are two main types of roses that are most commonly used in cosmetics and skin care, rosa damascena and rose centifola (cabbage rose). Although differing in scent and color both roses are highly valued for the purity of the essential oil they can create.

Rose essential oil can contain tens of thousands of rose blossoms for just one ounce of rose oil. This gives the idea of how pure the oil is and how sought after it can be in its pure form. Rose oil contains tons of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that help many different kinds of skins. Unlike certain ingredients such as lemons for example, which can be drying for mature skin (when appplied topically), rose oil can be used for all ages.
Rose is incredibly moisturizing for dry, rough skin but can also work as an antiseptic and astringent for people with acne and inflammation. Rose oil can also improve the overall skin texture and can greatly improve skin disorders such as psoriasis. Rose is especially beneficial for those with sensitive skin because it is a natural cooling agent in all its forms. The sugars in the petals themselves create a soothing and pacifying effect on overheated skin. This can be a great natural solution for anyone that suffers from rosacea rather than using harsh chemicals. Because rose  soothes heat and cools the body down it is a great ingredient to use when the skin has been over sunned as well. The high levels of vitamin C that rose petals contain, protect the skin from damage due to the sun. Rose oil is an ingredient that you will often see in many organic and natural skin products.
Rosehip seed oil is another ingredient that is also seen in many skin care lines. This oil is made from the small fruits that grow behind the flowers themselves. This oil varies in that in contains natural levels of Vitamin A, which can greatly reduce wrinkles and age spots. It is also proven to stop pigmentation making it a perfect organic ingredient for sunscreens and skin lightening creams. Rosehips also contain bioflavonoids, citric acid, fructose, tannins and zinc. This can be great when taken as a tea and is shown to drastically aid in bladder infections and menstrual cramps.
For me personally my favorite use of rose has always been in rose hydrosol also known as rose water.

This is one of those products that I literally could not live without and I use everyday without fail. Rose water is derived when small batches of rose buds are steamed in copper distilleries and finally release a therapeutic compound into the water its been soaking in. Rose water contains antibacterial and astringent  properties making it my alternative to expensive toners. The rose itself with the water helps to tighten pores and help skin appear supple and fresh. Unlike other alcohol based toners, the toning does not dry out the skin but also adds moisture. Rose water can also be added to shampoos and conditioner and can help hair growth. I also use Rosewater on the  face to set makeup and keep it fresh
Finally rose when used aromatically soothes the mind and body, acting as a natural antidepressant. This happens by soothing the nerves and being a mild sedative for the physiology. Rose is more and more used in the treatment of stress disorders such as ulcers, heart disease, anxiety,  digestive problems and hives.  These healing properties can also be achieved when used in a simple rose tea. Dried rose petals can be added to boiling water and steeped for a highly effective and medicinal drink. This can instantly calm anxiety, soothe the mind, improve circulation, aid in insomnia,  and even balance hormones. Rose is a beautiful ingredient for both our outer and inner health. It is inexpensive and perfect for those looking for alternatives to expensive and chemically heavy products. Once again nature contains the best ingredients!

Weekly Product Review-Blissful Heart

This week has had me thinking about emotional help and how our emotions can affect all areas of our life. If our emotions are imbalanced life can feel dreary and our mood can be low no matter what we do. Negative emotions can affect not only our view of ourselves and our lives but our physical appearance and our health can take quite a beating as well. For highly sensitive people like myself, the physical body and the mind are very closely connected. I can't remember ever a time in my life where I felt completely low and depressed and looked my best. Our face, skin, and body is a canvas for our emotional state. The most beautiful women glow with the happiness that they feel in their hearts. When the soul is happy the face and eyes shine and we appear supple and healthy. Depression and anxiety can dry out the hair from lack of vitamins and the whites of the eyes rarely appear white and clear during these times. The skin especially can break out in hives, acne, psoriasis, or even wrinkle faster during times of pain. However, depression, trauma, anxiety and loss are all real truths to this journey we call life
Low mood disorders affect millions of people each year, women being twice as likely to experience these emotions however. Women especially are highly susceptible to the sensitivities of the heart. Although the pain of these realities is unavoidable, there are many remedies and techniques that make these hard times a little easier. During a very difficult time for me I have found the power of scent to be a very nourishing comfort. During hopeless times a simple, uplifting scent can easily change a mood. Blissful Heart Aroma Oil has been a one of the key ingredients in my healing journey. This simple oil blend is designed to uplift one's mood in times of sadness and hopelessness. The fragrance blend combines Geranium Rose, Jasmine, Rose, sandalwood, peppermint, Lemon and Thyme.
These natural flower essences work together to create a formula that really does warm the heart, making it once again feel full again, if not only for a moment. The oils themselves are made from pure essential oils and contain no trace of alcohol, fillers or toxic ingredients. This Ayurvedic oil blend helps allow the body to restore balance of mind and emotions. Through scent it helps the body reconnect to itself and restore feelings of joy and happiness. Scent being a catalyst for emotional change in the body is not a new idea. Aromatherapy is a concept  that is very effective as a natural alternative to anti depressants and anti anxiety medications. The scientific aspect of aromatherapy is connecting the thousands of aroma chemicals and how these are altered by different essential oils. The essential oil aromas, affect the part of the brain that stimulates emotions. This is why in turn inhaling these oils has such a positive affect on our seratonin levels, which heightens our mood. in Ayurvedic philosophies (traditional indian medicine) It is believed that the heart and mind are intricately connected.
It is said that the seat of consciousness is in the heart, that all our perception depends on the state of the heart. When the heart is off balance we as individuals suffer tremendously both emotionally and physically. I have found that my heart is the most heavy towards the end of the day, which is the most common time for aromatherapy. Dabbing a drop or two of blissful heart oil on your temples, wrists or under the nose makes sleep much more peaceful. This also allows my body to relax and unwind more quickly before sleep. This oil can also be put into a diffuser and permeated throughout the room anytime of the day. I would recommend this oil be placed by every woman's  nightstand. Weather you are experiencing a breakup, grief, daily stress, or insomnia, this is a great find!

Nature's Cosmetic, Salt Water

This last week I was fortunate enough to be by the ocean on the beautiful Cape Cod. The ocean is one of the most therapeutic and healing places. Ocean water is also one of the easiest and most effective ways to treat the body and the skin we are in. With the summer heat and the blazing sun, many skin problems can often follow. Skin rashes, eczema, and even psoriasis can occur when there is an imbalance of heat in the body. A rash or even a brutal sunburn is our bodies way of throwing the heat off through our skin. There has been extensive research done on the benefits of fresh ocean water as well as just plain saline solution on our skin and our nervous systems. Swimming in saltwater is incredibly cleansing and detoxing for the skin. The combination of the salt and the minerals in ocean water promote cell rejuvenation, leaving skin feeling supple, moisturized and renewed. Salt water is also a great way to alleviate and minimize any kind of dry or itchy skin such as hives or even poison ivy. The minerals in salt water such as magnesium, calcium, potassium, and sodium work together to balance the blood, bone density and the overall health of the nervous system. The calcium in natural salt not only strengthens bone density but it also strengthens nails, hair and the sodium as well restores fluid balance. The salt water reestablishes the mineral balance of the body.
Salt water can also be used to treat arthritis, rheumatism as well as any joint pain. Salt water contains a mineral called bromide, which helps to alleviate muscle soreness or pain. This is a great option for athletes that are training or pregnant women that want to minimize swelling.  Salt water can also be used as a way to reduce stress and anxiety as it has a calming effect on the body both inside and out. It is widely known at this point that stress is the number one cause of aging and disease. Swimming in salt water is one of the best anti-aging secrets out there. Studies show that the minerals in this water help the body restore its natural healing abilities to look and feel younger.
There are so may beauty products and beauty treatments out there that most people can't afford. The most effective beauty treatments  however, are the simplest and purest forms of nature. Having the benefit of swimming in fresh ocean water is a luxury that a lot of people don't necessarily have.
Using fresh purified water and himalayan sea salt  can give you the same effect as the real thing. Filling a warm bath and soaking in half a cup of fresh salt immediately balances and restores the body as if you were at the beach. One of my favorite uses of himalayan salt is making a homemade scrub with half salt and half organic olive oil. This is better than any scrub you could find out there because it contains  pure and natural ingredients. Salt water is also a great way to nourish and treat damaged hair and split ends. The way one's hair looks after a day at the beach is unlike anything else. The combination of getting moisture but also having the salt work as a cleaning agent gives it a beautiful and healthy appearance. To fill a mini spray bottle with a tablespoon of himalayan salt, 3/4 water and 1/4 conditioner, you can make your own beach spray. Use this throughout the summer for a break from straightening and curling irons. Salt water is an inexpensive and amazing way to both heal the body as well as make it more beautiful. Salt is a great component to add to anyones daily routine no matter their age or current state of health. One of nature's little gifts to us.

Weekly Product Review-Dare to Bare Miracle Oil

Summer has officially arrived and it is time for an amazing summer product find. Although it has been a little while since my last blog, this one is definitely worth the wait. With summer for me and for most girls the issue of shaving and waxing can often be a stumping one. We all want to feel beautiful and feminine and for many this comes with having smooth legs, armpits and bikini lines. Summer also represents the dreaded bikini season but with the right care and products it can be a fun and carefree one. For girls with sensitive skin like me, shaving and waxing can be very taxing on the skin and can lead to razor burn, infection and ingrowns. This makes it rather difficult to get that stunning bikini body we all strive for. Most of the products I have used for razor burn or ingrowns have been filled with chemicals and are very drying to the skin.
Tend Skin for example is a product I was hooked on for a while, and although it prevented razor burn it seriously dried out my skin. Although we want to get rid of those red bumps we also want our skin to look supple and soft, the whole point of waxing and shaving.  I have finally however, found a product that is natural, eco conscious  and works wonders! It is called Dare to Bare Miracle Oil and is the natural answer to curing our skin of the irritation from shaving and waxing. This miracle oil is made from eight different oils that all work together in creating a truly incredible product. Hemp seed oil, Tea tree oil, avocado oil, and vitamin E work to alleviate conditions not only due to shaving but also eczema, acne, and even psoriasis. This product is scientifically proven to not only soften skin but improve its general appearance as well. It is rich in amino acids, Omega-3 and Omega-6 and Omega-9, which moisturize the skin, keeping it soft and healthy. Hemp seed oil is known for its anti inflammatory properties, not found in any other oil.

The entire Dare to Bare line is also vegan, cruelty free, and uses the top grade essential oils and ingredients. The amazing thing about this product is it does wonders during the in-between stage of a brazillian wax. If any girl is brave enough to endure the process of a brazillan wax, they soon find out that the regrowth is extremely uncomfortable and can be an itchy disaster! This product when applied everyday after being waxed, truly soothes the skin and calms any inflammation or ingrown hairs, not an easy feat! The oil can be applied to any area of the body that is shaved or waxed , bikini, legs, under arms, and can even be used for men as a facial product. This is a must have product for anyone looking to feel smooth and sexy! This is another product that reaffirms my obsession with oils when it comes to the skin and over all health. Oils can treat and nourish the skin unlike any other ingredient or product. 90% of the products I use are almost always some sort of  natural or organic oil. This makes sense because it is what our skin naturally produces. All the girls I know should buy this one!
